		<description>Good point, Tim. For the Dems to have long-term success, they need stop letting the right split apart two of the strongest forces in their party: enviros and labor. That strategy has been one of the right&#039;s most successful for years, and this year it looks like both groups are onto it!</description>

		<description>I always find this part of the campaign annoying because Dems start playing to the middle in fear that Republicans will paint them as wackos (like they did and still do to Gore).

I&#039;m hoping Obama is even more hardcore about Energy WHEN he wins (fingers crossed, knock on wood) because neither of them are expressing the urgency that is clearly needed.</description>
