Arkansas Senator Blanche Lincoln is firing back against Democratic challenger Bill Halter with her first television spot of the campaign season. Lincoln, a Blue Dog Democrat, portrays herself as an independent that isn't afraid to go against the grain of her party. Included in her list of where she went against the rest of the party is her opposition to the climate change policy mechanism called cap and trade.
