Better than nuclear! Not as good as Solar Thermal, possibly replaceable with Wind? If the coal is easily available, burn it before the Chinese do! Mankind has a death-wish! Witness the Americans - ever V-8 seeking and living comfortably in air-conditioned McMansions in the burbs is a major goal in life! The modern Age, a very sad time for mankind indeed! Were we better off on the family farms? Safer from annihilation? Is there a better , Eco-Ark way to live? Will we ever get there? Is the human animal just a self-serving rodent?
