In a Tuesday afternoon press conference, West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin said rescuers may not be able to access miners still trapped from yesterday's Upper Big Branch coal mine accident until tomorrow but that he's still holding onto some hope. The chief of U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration's Kevin Stricklin added that 'something went very wrong' for that much methane to have built up inside the mine. The Associated Press
