The federal government's Deepwater Horizon Response team has released three-and-a-half minutes of raw video of oil skimming operations in the Gulf of Mexico taken on May 17. At about 1:25 into the video, notice the gas flaring on the drill ship, a relatively good sign in an otherwise bleak scene.
